Items in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days accompanied by your original packing slip. Items that have been washed, worn or embroidered cannot be returned. You will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method. Original or return postage is not refundable.

Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion of the form.
No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred when an exchange is processed for the same dollar amount as the original purchase.

Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7 - 10 business days for us to receive your return. Upon receiving the item(s) we process all returns within 7 days. If you place your order with a credit card please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
