Most orders ship within 3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow for an additional 5 to 10 business days for normal UPS or Fedex delivery time. Orders placed after 1 PM, EST on Friday afternoon will begin processing the following business day.
Grey's Anatomy items are experiencing longer than normal processing time. Please allow up to 5 to 7 additional business days for processing.
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount.
At this time we only ship within the continental United States, and do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, or any US Territories.
At this time we do not accept orders being shipped to a P.O. Box.
We will notify you via email immediately if an item is no longer available and/or on back order. You can replace the item(s) or remove it from your order at that time. All items that are unavailable and or on back order will be removed from your order within 3 business days and the remaining items will be shipped.
