SHIPPING AND HANDLING/SALES TAX CHARGES

• Free shipping on all online orders over $99. For orders placed via phone, fax or mail please use shipping chart below.
• Most orders are processed immediately. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for standard UPS delivery, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 1 PM, EST on Friday afternoon will begin processing the following business day.
• Iguana Med items are experiencing longer than normal processing time. Please allow 7 to 8 business days in addition to our normal shipping times for all orders.
• Grey's Anatomy items are experiencing longer than normal processing time. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for standard UPS delivery, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount.
• At this time we only ship within the continental United States, and do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, or any US Territories.
• At this time we do not accept orders being shipped to a P.O. Box.
• At this time we do not offer express shipping.

• Applicable state and local sales tax is collected on all orders being delivered to Florida and Georgia.

• Orders containing multiple items from different manufacturers will be shipped separately from each manufacturer at no additional cost.

• We will notify you via email immediately if an item is no longer available and/or on back order. You can replace the item(s) or remove it from your order at that time. All items that are unavailable and or on back order will be removed from your order within 3 business days and the remaining items will be shipped.
