Terms & Conditions
Please review Medical Scrubs Mall's Terms and Conditions completely before placing an order. Placement of your order confirms your knowledge of, and agreement with our policies.
Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express through our secure on-line checkout process. Your credit card will be automatically charged once your order has shipped.
Sales Tax:
Applicable state and local sales tax is collected on all orders being delivered to the states of Florida and Georgia.
Shipping Cost:
U.S. Shipping Rates
At this time we only ship within the continental United States, and do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, or any US Territories.
Shipping Times:
Most orders are processed immediately. Please allow 6 to 12 *business days for standard UPS delivery, excluding weekends and holidays. Most orders placed after 1 PM, EST on Friday afternoon will begin processing the following *business day.

Iguana Med items are experiencing longer than normal processing time. Please allow 3 to 4 *business days in addition to our normal shipping times for all orders.

At this time we do not accept orders being shipped to a P.O. Box.

*Business Days = Monday thru Friday before 1PM, excludes weekends and any Holidays
Ordering from Multiple Manufacturers:
Orders containing multiple items from different manufacturers will be shipped separately from each manufacturer at no additional cost.
Back Order Items/ Items No Longer Available:
We will notify you via email immediately if an item is no longer available and/or on back order. You can replace the item(s) or remove it from your order at that time. All items that are unavailable and or on back order will be removed from your order within 3 business days and the remaining items will be shipped.
Changing and Cancelling Orders:
Before placing your order please make sure you have selected the correct color and size. We cannot modify or cancel any orders once they have been submitted. If you need assistance with your newly placed order please click here to send us an email.
Returns and Exchanges:
Items in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days accompanied by your original invoice. Items that have been washed, worn or embroidered cannot be returned. You will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method. Original or return postage is not refundable. No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred when an exchange is processed for the same dollar amount as the original purchase.

Processing Times for Returns:
Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7 - 10 business days for us to receive your return. Upon receiving the item(s) we process all returns within 7 days. If you place your order with a credit card please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Defective Merchandise
In the event you receive merchandise that is defective, contact our customer service representative. You will not be responsible for return shipping charges and a replacement item will be sent out to you.
