Returns and Exchanges:

Items in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt when accompanied by your original packing slip. Items that have been washed, worn or embroidered cannot be returned. You will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method. Original or return postage is not refundable.

Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion of the form.

  • Littmann Stethoscopes: Littmann Stethoscopes in their original packaging and condition or stethoscopes damaged during transit may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Stethoscopes that have been used cannot be returned. Medical Scrubs Mall has the right to refuse a credit or refund for items not returnable due to health or sanitary issues. Your 3M™ Littman Stethoscope comes with a Littmann Warranty. If a material or manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, Littmann will repair it free of charge, except in cases of obvious abuse or accidental damage. An 800 number is located on the stethoscope packaging for customers to contact in order to report a defect.

No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred when an exchange is processed for the same dollar amount as the return value.

Note on Exchanges: If you exchange items, they will not be listed in this return confirmation, you will be sent a new order confirmation listing those items shortly.

Processing Times for Returns and Exchanges:

Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7 - 10 business days for us to receive your return. Upon receiving the item(s) we process all returns within 7 days.

If you place your order with a credit card, a refund will be issued immediately. However, depending on your banking institution, it may take up to 5 business days to appear on your account. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

If you exchanged items, they will not be listed in your return confirmation email. You will be sent a new order confirmation listing those items.

Defective Merchandise

In the event you receive merchandise that is defective, contact our customer service representative. You will not be responsible for return shipping charges and a replacement item will be sent out to you.
